1. Overview

Savvy Social Selling provides a business execution system designed primarily for modern social sellers. Offerings may include:

SavvyIPAs™ (Lite and Plus tiers)

SavvyGPT (included in Plus only)

Weekly execution prompts

Brand-building projects

Live office hours

Digital templates and intellectual property

Affiliate referral program

Savvy Social Selling is a digital membership service. It is not a course, coaching program, or licensed financial advisory service.

2. Membership Structure

Lite Plan

Includes:

Daily income-producing action guidance

Execution-focused direction

Does not include:

SavvyGPT

Weekly brand-building projects

AI training prompts

Plus Plan

Includes:

Everything in Lite

SavvyGPT access

Weekly business-building projects

Daily SavvyCONTENT prompts

SavvyGPT training prompts

Community access

Office hours

Features may evolve over time. Savvy reserves the right to improve or modify offerings without reducing core value.

3. No Income Guarantees

Savvy Social Selling does not guarantee income, results, rank advancement, audience growth, or business outcomes.

Results depend on:

Individual effort

Consistency

Skill application

Market conditions

Independent business decisions

Savvy provides structure and tools. Execution remains the responsibility of the user.

4. Use of SavvyGPT

SavvyGPT is an AI-powered execution assistant available in the Plus plan only.

Important:

SavvyGPT does not learn automatically.

Personalization improves only through intentional user training.

Outputs should be reviewed by the user before publishing or sending.

SavvyGPT is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Users are responsible for verifying all outputs before use.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, prompts, systems, templates, frameworks, language, and materials are proprietary intellectual property owned by Savvy Social Selling.

You may:

Use materials for your own business

You may not:

Copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or replicate the system

Share login access

Repackage Savvy materials for resale

Use Savvy frameworks to create competing products

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Affiliate Program

Savvy offers an optional referral program.

30 percent recurring monthly commission

Capped at $11.10 per active referral

Paid only while the referred user remains active

Savvy is not a multi-level marketing structure.
There are no downlines or team-building requirements.

Savvy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.

7. Billing & Cancellations

Membership is month-to-month.

You may cancel at any time.

Access continues through the end of your billing cycle.

All sales are final.

No refunds are issued due to immediate access to proprietary materials.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining login confidentiality

Ensuring secure device access

All activity under your account

Savvy may suspend accounts for:

Abuse

Misuse

Intellectual property violation

Harassment inside community spaces

9. Community Conduct

Inside community forums and live sessions:

Users must:

Remain respectful

Avoid harassment

Avoid spam or solicitation

Avoid unauthorized promotion

Savvy reserves the right to remove members who violate community standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

Savvy Social Selling is not liable for:

Business losses

Income loss

Data loss

Third-party platform changes

Independent business decisions

AI output misuse

Use of the system is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Modifications

Savvy may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
